We are recruiting a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our billing activities, support a committed team, and contribute to the creation of our Shared Service Center within a rapidly growing healthcare group.
Your responsibilities
Take responsibility for billing and accounts receivable activities.
Ensure billing complies with Swiss regulations (TARDOC, DRG, and VVG).
Participate in daily operations (billing, collections, monthly closings).
Design, structure, and develop the Shared Service Center Billing & Accounts Receivable.
Supervise, support, and develop the team.
Collaborate with insurers, hospitals, medical centres, and internal teams.
Optimise processes and participate in their digitalisation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems.
Several years of experience in accounts receivable.
Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG.
Training in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
Experience in the healthcare sector.
Experience in team management.
Proficiency in an ERP system (Opale is an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of French and English.
Team spirit and pragmatic approach.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
