About the job
What is my role?
Management and responsibility for tenders in the area of building stations & distribution cabinets
Support of major projects as the central contact person on the client side
Deputy to the Head of Internal Sales
Creation & follow-up of quotations
Scheduling & coordination of tenders internally and externally
Participation in award negotiations & tender completion with the customer
Development of offer bases & co-development of technical solutions or variant offers
Calculation of our products
What do I need to be successful?
Basic training in electrical engineering
Further business education & initial leadership experience advantageous
Native German speaker & good French language skills
Project management experience, ideally in the construction / electrical environment
Solid experience in public tendering, knowledge of SIA 122 & SIA 118 standards advantageous
Organisational talent with an eye for the big picture & detail
Strong analytical skills & technical understanding
Digital affinity as well as good user knowledge of MS Office, including Teams, and ERP systems (e.g. ProAlpha)
Team player, service-oriented, flexible
Independent & proactive
