The cross-sectional area Operations consists of the departments Hospitality, Economics, Property Maintenance, Security and Forensic Security Service of the PDAG. The numerous tasks and services not only ensure the smooth operation of the PDAG but also create important prerequisites for the development of treatment efficiency, treatment effectiveness, and the attractiveness of the workplace and treatment. In addition, the Operations area is responsible for property projects, which include not only leasing and renting but also the construction of properties, maintenance, and renovation of buildings.

• Further education at HF / FH level in Electrical Engineering, IT

Tasks

• Personnel management and coaching of the heads of the electrical, medical technology, and communication and alarm systems departments
• Overall responsibility for the organisation, coordination, and further development of the specialist areas
• Assumption of technical project responsibility as well as coordination and support of technical commissioning and acceptance
• Ensuring the maintenance of electrical systems, devices, and aids in cooperation with the electrical department
• Responsibility for the operation and support of the fire alarm control system (Siemens Desigo CC), personal alarm and search systems (Ascom System 900/IP-Dect), and the telephone exchange system (Alcatel-Lucent) with the security systems department
• Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical safety regulations
• Coordination and monitoring of legally required training
• Organisation and assurance of technical support at events
