HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the operation and maintenance of power generation plants. We bring together all the necessary skills under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering.
We operate and maintain a portfolio of more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants we operate generate about 16% of Switzerland's hydropower electricity.
Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers services with high added value that meet their diverse needs as well as their high quality standards. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We mainly operate in Switzerland but occasionally carry out assignments abroad.

Your mission :
Your tasks :
- Ensuring the organisation and management of the assigned plants.
- Ensuring personnel management of your own unit.
- Ensuring the leadership and implementation of assigned projects/businesses while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Guaranteeing the safety of people, assets, and the environment within your own unit as well as in the area of responsibility of the GEH.
Your skills :
- Federal VET Diploma as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma as maintenance manager or equivalent qualification.
- 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years as maintenance manager or operations manager.
- Proven experience in staff leadership.
