Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities
Site management and supervision:
Reading and interpreting execution plans and schematic diagrams.
Daily planning of tasks and distribution of work within the team (installers, fitters, apprentices).
Monitoring work progress and coordinating with other trades.
Technical and installation:
Installation and connection of heating systems (heat pumps, boilers, underground/slab networks, radiators).
Carrying out pipework (steel, copper, PE, crimping, welding).
Quality control of installations and conducting pressure tests/commissioning.
Logistics and safety:
Managing material supplies and monitoring stock on site.
Strict application of safety directives (SUVA) on sites.

Profile sought
Training: CFC Heating Installer (or equivalent qualification with ESTI/Swiss equivalence).
Experience: Minimum prior experience of 3 to 5 years as a team leader or autonomous fitter on sites in Switzerland.
Technical skills: Mastery of modern installation techniques, fluent plan reading, knowledge of the Vaud technical and regulatory framework.
Driving licence: Driving licence (Cat. B) essential.
Personal qualities: Natural leadership, organisational skills, interpersonal ease and stress resistance.
Experience: Minimum prior experience of 3 to 5 years as a team leader or autonomous fitter on sites in Switzerland.

We offer you
From 90,000 CHF to 110,000 CHF per YEAR + negotiable.
