Specialist Accounts Receivable & Finance (m/f/d) 80-100%, permanent from now

Role

Responsibilities

• Independent management of accounts receivable including posting of payment transactions
• Ensuring efficient receivables management as well as handling dunning and collection cases
• Reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts as well as clarification of open balances and discrepancies
• Telephone and written contact with customers and internal contacts
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the accounts receivable area
• Participation in intercompany reconciliations and internal group settlements
• Support in credit management and monitoring of credit limits
• Contribution to the optimisation of financial processes and taking on deputy tasks within the finance team

Requirements

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting, ideally in an international company
• Sound knowledge in receivables management, account reconciliation and dunning procedures
• Experience with ERP systems and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high quality standard
• Interest in actively shaping processes and continuously developing professionally
