Actively shape the digital communication of SMEs! As a UCC System Engineer, you will manage voice and collaboration solutions, support customers in 2nd-level support, and develop innovative IT solutions within a motivated team. Modern workplaces and flexible working hours included.
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive technical support of Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) systems
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of customer systems (Innovaphone, Mitel, Microsoft Teams)
- 2nd-level support and service for customer solutions
- Creation of documentation and configuration instructions
- Implementation of additional applications such as alerting systems or CRM integrations
Our Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, telematics specialist EFZ, or electrical installer* EFZ
- Experience in the implementation and support of voice and collaboration solutions
- Sound knowledge of network technologies and firewall configuration
- Innovaphone certification is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
