Your tasks

• You advise and support our customers in optimising technical fastening solutions and assembly processes.

• You analyse customer needs and develop technical solutions, working together with sales and key account management.

• You lead technical projects and coordinate investigations as well as feasibility assessments with internal and external partners.

• You convey expertise in fastening technology and position our engineering competence as a real added value for our customers.

• You plan, moderate and evaluate specialist seminars, training sessions and customer workshops.

• You further develop existing and new engineering services and identify optimisation potentials with our customers.

• You maintain a strong network with universities, associations, suppliers, engineering partners and customers.

 
What you bring:

• Completed B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Independent working style, team player and solution-oriented

• Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written

• Passion for business management processes and enthusiasm for technology

• We are looking for a person with a hands-on mentality
