Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is an internationally active company headquartered in St. Gallen. They develop new products and produce electronics for renowned customers from various industries, such as medical technology and industry. Modern technologies enable them to open up new markets, unleash their creativity and thus drive the further development and expansion of their company.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support of account management in customer projects
- Checking and preparing customer documents for the creation of calculations
- Creating parts lists and manufacturing documents as well as recording them in SAP
- Introducing and accompanying new products into production
- Optimising production processes
- Recording and implementing changes
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training in electronics, automation, electrical engineering or mechanics
- Initial experience in project management
- Knowledge of process flows in the manufacturing of technical products (electronics advantageous)
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
- Native German speaker and customer-oriented communication skills in spoken and written form
