Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will shape exciting and diverse projects in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitation, bringing innovative ideas and concepts. You will operate in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and work closely with a young team. As a Project Manager HVAC, you will utilise the development potential in a growing company to specifically expand your professional and personal skills. Responsibilities:
You independently lead and coordinate projects from planning to implementation
You ensure adherence to deadlines, quality and budget
You coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure clear communication
You take on operational project management and progress monitoring
You support decision-making and develop solution-oriented approaches
You document project progress and ensure clear traceability
Qualifications:
You have completed further education at FH, HF level or hold a comparable qualification
You bring experience as a project manager in a technical environment
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You are a team player, communicative and resilient
You are characterised by a flexible, committed and organised working style
