Often, a well-founded professional advice is enough to create clarity on health issues. As a health advisor at santé24, you support our insured persons in correctly assessing their situation. You advise them on a variety of health questions, assess the urgency of treatment steps, and check whether the problem can be treated telemedically with the help of the santé24 medical team. This creates orientation, security, and trust – especially when it matters.
To strengthen our teams in Basel or Winterthur, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, motivated, and service-oriented personality who is willing to work in a 7x24 shift system.
In agile teams, everyday life is self-organised. The team participates in many decisions, including the recruitment of new team members. In addition, various roles and responsibilities are assumed for different tasks.
Initiative is our central driver. In case of problems or uncertainties, the team is supported by coaches. For our SWICA customers, we are available at santé24 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and in four languages.

- Telephone advice to our customers on health topics
- Ensuring a competent and professional customer experience on the phone
- Forwarding concerns and initial triage of issues in close cooperation with our medical team
- Accurate and complete recording and documentation of the consultations conducted
- Mutual support among the various teams and collaboration with our doctors and external service providers
- Continuous development of our existing insured service and our processes
- Co-development in the self-organised teams

This is what sets you apart
- Completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant, pharmaceutical assistant, nurse DNII or HF, health specialist (mandatory with experience in the acute sector)
- Sound medical expertise and at least 5 years of professional experience with patients/customers are required
- Flawless German skills (native level) and fluent Italian skills are required; knowledge of English or French is an advantage
- Good IT user skills and enjoyment of working with modern information and communication technologies
- You count teamwork, communication, initiative, and empathy among your strengths
- You enjoy shaping your job, having a say, and contributing ideas for improvements
- You are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions
