Activation Employee 60% - 80%
Your tasks
- Planning, organising and conducting individual and group activities
- Individual support and care of our guests according to their needs, interests and resources
- Promotion and maintenance of existing abilities, independence and social participation
- Design of varied offers, e.g. exercise, memory training, creative activities, music, conversations, games, walks and everyday activities
- Co-organisation of celebrations, events and seasonal activities
- Building trusting relationships with our guests and respectfully incorporating their biography and habits
- Close collaboration with nursing, care and other departments of the house
- Participation in the further development of our activation and care offerings
- Documentation of the activities carried out and relevant observations
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in everyday design and activation, a comparable qualification or several years of experience in a similar role
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in working with older people and genuine interest in their life stories
- Empathetic, respectful and resource-oriented attitude
- Creativity and joy in contributing and implementing your own ideas
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate interprofessionally
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside usual hours for special occasions
