Your responsibilities
- Welcome prospects and customers, analyse their needs, advise them, introduce and let them test our vehicles, help them identify the model that meets their expectations, finalise the sale by offering them a rich and personalised experience within the dealership
- Support your customers until the delivery of their vehicle
- Ensure follow-up of the relationship well after the satisfied customer has left the dealership
- Become your customers’ preferred advisor and make them want to come back!
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in car sales (with a Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to the automotive sector or in the commercial field)
- Negotiation skills with customers
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator and comfortable with prospecting
- Native French speaker, with good oral knowledge of English and German (an advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office computer tools
- You are autonomous and also enjoy working in a team
