Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You handle order processes from requirements determination to delivery control.
You obtain, check, and compare offers in terms of price and conditions.
In case of deviations, you coordinate the necessary measures with the responsible suppliers.
You coordinate material availability with production and work preparation.
You conduct price negotiations based on the available offers and procurement conditions.
You maintain existing supplier contacts and update relevant purchasing information.
You review internal processes and implement improvements in the procurement process.
Using ERP systems and MS Office, you track orders and delivery statuses.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally with further training in process management.
Practical experience in procurement or a comparable role in an industrial company.
Knowledge of dealing with suppliers and commercial purchasing conditions.
Understanding of production processes and materials management.
Routine in using ERP applications and MS Office.
Independent working style with clear prioritisation and structured task management.
Confident manner in coordination with internal and external contacts.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
