Role:
To strengthen the central Financial Structuring & Group Accounting team, we are looking for an experienced and analytically strong individual. In this key role, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of the consolidated financial statements, manage the global consolidation processes, and act as a valued contact person for subsidiaries and auditors.
Responsibilities:
You manage and coordinate the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at group level.
You are responsible for carrying out consolidation measures.
You contribute to the preparation of the group management report and the monthly group reporting.
You advise the organisation on accounting-related issues and work closely with group controlling.
You are responsible for the further development of the internal control system (ICS).
You act as the central interface for the financial accounting of subsidiaries as well as for external auditors.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed business studies (university/FH/HF) with a focus on accounting, controlling, or finance.
5 to 10 years of solid professional experience in group accounting of an international company.
Excellent, reliable accounting knowledge (Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER) as well as in-depth practical experience in group consolidation.
Professional, communicative appearance and a structured, goal-oriented working style.
