Responsibilities
- Together with around 12 employees, you ensure the sales success of your department as a department manager for textiles.
- Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This way, you implement the company strategy as a team.
- You think and act entrepreneurially. This ensures that the right goods are always on the shelves and look top-notch.
- Our demanding customers appreciate you for your courteous and competent advice.
Requirements
- You are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and a winning sales personality – ideally with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
- Thanks to your vocational training in retail, you are a professional in your field. You have ideally acquired your business management skills through further training as a retail specialist.
- We expect you to have perfect written and spoken German. You can score points with us if you speak additional foreign languages.
- You are also very familiar with common Office programmes.
