Technical Concierge

For one of our clients active in Facility Management, I am looking for the following profile:

Are you a versatile technical professional, comfortable both in site management and maintenance? We are looking for our client, a company based in Monthey, an FM Project Manager at 100% (start date to be agreed).

Your playground:

• Site Management: You are responsible for a client site, you handle Planon tickets and manage general administrative tasks.

• Maintenance & Technical: You install, commission, maintain and repair technical equipment (heating, air conditioning/cooling, ventilation).

• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: You analyse faults, carry out tests, measurements and complex adjustments to keep the work tool in perfect condition.

• Team Management & Client Relations: You supervise cleaning teams, may be required to directly manage a team and advise clients autonomously while handling complaints.

• Versatility & On-call Duties: You participate in the on-call service, interventions on call, as well as small outdoor tasks (snow clearing, green spaces, surface cleaning).

• Proven experience in building technology, maintenance or Facility Management.

• Solid knowledge of HVAC installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).

• Autonomy, initiative and solution-oriented approach to unforeseen events.

• Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation and communication abilities.

• Flexibility for on-call service and work on call.

• Residence in the region is essential.

• Fluent knowledge of French
• Driving licence and vehicle essential.
• Clean criminal record and debt collection extract
