About the job
Your tasks include
- Supporting the CEO and members of the executive management and occasionally the clinic management in organizational and administrative tasks
- Processing and supporting various projects and staff functions
- Hub function with demanding communication and correspondence with internal and external parties
- Organization and scheduling of meetings and workshops
- Preparation of minutes at meetings, filing of all documents
- Management of contract filing, ensuring correct archiving
- Coordination of handling and filing of complaints across all services
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training
- Proven professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- Understanding of cantonal structures
- Advanced user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- High degree of independence and flexibility as well as pronounced networking thinking ability
- Competent personality with strong social skills and discretion
