IT Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
First and second level support for employees with IT issues (hardware, software, network, mobile devices)
Setup, administration and maintenance of workstations, operating systems and standard software
User and rights management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365) as well as technical onboarding
Error analysis, troubleshooting and documentation in the ticket system
Participation in rollouts, migrations and IT projects
Collaboration with internal teams and external IT service providers
Qualifications:
Completed training in the field of computer science
Experience in 1st/2nd level support, preferably in Microsoft environments
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networks
Very good German language skills
