Role:
As a Assembly Technician Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, you assemble demanding assemblies for platform lift systems used in rail vehicles. You work according to technical drawings, take on mechanical and electrical assembly as well as quality inspection, and contribute with your careful working method to reliable and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assemblies according to technical drawings
Wiring and installation of electrical components including PLC controls
Carrying out quality inspections and documenting the assembled assemblies
Assembly of platform lift systems for use in rail vehicles
Performing assembly work inside and outside the cleanroom
Cleaning of workpieces with modern fine cleaning systems
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and manufacturing specifications
Qualifications:
Completed mechanical or electrical basic training
Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams
Quality-conscious, precise and reliable working method
Team-oriented personality with high commitment
Independent and responsible working style
