Draftsperson FR Architecture 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a draftsperson for architecture with project management responsibility (m/f/d)! In this versatile position, you take on the execution and detailed planning including coordination with specialist planners and contractors. You lead projects from the first sketch to realisation, take care of cost and quality management, and accompany the planning processes. Your area of responsibility includes handling conversions, new buildings, and replacement new buildings in close cooperation with internal architects, marketers, and customer advisors.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a draftsperson EFZ and have already gained several years of professional experience in residential construction. Very good IT skills, especially in Archicad and BIM, are a matter of course for you. Your sense of design, spatial quality, and functionality distinguishes you. You work independently and in a structured manner, are a team player, and resilient. Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile. Ideally, you also share the passion for sustainable, ecological, and economically viable solutions.
