Your Area of Responsibility

• Store Openings & Renovations: Fitting out new stores as well as conversions of existing locations throughout Switzerland
• Shopfitting & Layouts: Structured implementation of store layouts according to specifications
• Product Presentation: Stocking merchandise carriers and attractive presentation of products
• On-site Coordination: Professional leadership and support of store staff during fitting and renovation phases
• Feedback & Exchange: Passing on observations and optimisation potentials to project management

Your Profile

• Visual Understanding: Strong imagination and a good sense of space and presentation
• Leadership Experience: Initial experience in professional leadership or coordination of a team in retail
• Personality: Perseverance, reliability and a practical hands-on mentality
• Working Style: Reliable, structured and solution-oriented
• Flexibility: Willingness to work throughout Switzerland, including overnight stays
• Mobility: Driving licence category B required
