YOUR MISSION

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you act as a resource person within your unit and actively contribute to its smooth operation. You provide your clinical expertise and support colleagues in complex situations as well as in their organisational needs.

You ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care. You assess the health status of residents, apply your clinical reasoning, plan and supervise personalised care. You also support teams in their clinical reflection and in finding appropriate responses to encountered situations.

You contribute to compliance with best practices, procedures, and quality requirements, notably those of the CIVESS. You identify points of vigilance, question practices, and participate in implementing improvements within the unit.

In close connection with the head nurse, you act as a liaison between the field and management. You convey relevant information, participate in the unit’s reflections and projects, and support other specialists in their missions.

Finally, you contribute to a positive team dynamic and skills development, notably by participating in the welcoming and support of new colleagues, students, apprentices, and trainees.

Through your expertise, your proximity to the teams, and your analytical ability, you help foster a culture of quality, clinical reflection, and continuous improvement within the unit.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification complemented by a CAS in the clinical field
• You have professional experience or a strong aptitude for working in EMS, including care for the ageing population, management of chronic diseases, cognitive disorders, and complex geriatric situations
• You demonstrate rigour, organisation, and precision in your professional practice
• You have proven leadership in a previous position
• You are comfortable using IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written
