With MEDIN Kids, a new outpatient centre dedicated to child and adolescent health is opening at the Health House in Biel. It offers a wide range of specialised consultations. Various medical and therapeutic disciplines work closely together and pool their expertise to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for children and adolescents under one roof. The offer includes developmental paediatrics, psychology, paediatric physiotherapy and paediatric occupational therapy.
Interprofessional collaboration promotes direct exchanges, coordinates therapeutic concepts and ensures comprehensive care, decisively oriented towards the needs of children, adolescents and their families.

Your tasks – our position
- Independently ensure the assessment and outpatient care of children and adolescents with psychiatric issues
- Independently provide psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up for children, adolescents and their families
- Evaluate complex situations in the areas of development, emotions and psychosocial issues
- Work closely with the various specialised fields of paediatrics, including developmental paediatrics, psychology and professionals from different therapeutic disciplines
- Collaborate with schools, early intervention services, authorities and other external partners
- Actively participate in establishing an interdisciplinary consultation dedicated in particular to early childhood regulation disorders, pain disorders and adolescent medicine

Your skills – our expectations
- Specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Strong interest in an interdisciplinary, family-centred and holistic approach
- Excellent social skills and a kind and respectful attitude towards children, adolescents, families and colleagues
- Autonomous, responsible and structured working style
- Motivation to actively participate in the creation and development of a new paediatric outpatient centre
- Interest in innovation, quality and continuous development of care services
- You are able to communicate in German and French and have excellent command of one of these two languages, both spoken and written
