About the job
Introduction
Is technology your passion and do you feel at home both in troubleshooting and process monitoring? Then a versatile role awaits you here.
For a technically demanding production environment, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to contribute their expertise in the areas of instrumentation, maintenance and process control. You can expect a varied role in which you not only monitor technical systems but actively contribute to their reliable and safe operation.
Tasks
- You take on the preventive and corrective maintenance of measuring, control and regulating instruments such as pressure sensors, flow meters, analysing devices and control valves.
- You independently carry out fault diagnosis, first-line repairs and minor repairs.
- For more complex maintenance work and certified calibrations, you coordinate and supervise external service providers and check the work performed.
- You support the process control of the air separation unit (ASU) and take on tasks such as starting up, monitoring and shutting down the plant as well as optimising flow rates.
- You continuously monitor the process parameters and plant stability and respond to alarms or deviations.
- You flexibly switch between process control in the control room and inspection rounds directly at the plant.
- You carefully maintain logbooks, deployment reports and process protocols and ensure GMP-compliant documentation.
- In the event of process deviations or complaints, you actively participate in the root cause analysis.
Profile
- You have a technical education or further training in the field of mechatronics, electrical or automation engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You bring knowledge in fault diagnosis of control loops and can read R&I flow diagrams / P&ID.
- Experience in continuous process control is relevant for this position.
- You work independently, carefully and possess a good analytical and technical understanding.
- Meticulous documentation and a strong quality and safety awareness are part of your working style.
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills for technical documentation are an advantage.
Benefits
- Secure employer
