Internal Sales Staff 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Expert advice and comprehensive support for customers in the stainless steel and aluminium product areas

• Independent handling of customer enquiries as well as preparation and continuous follow-up of quotations

• Proactive market development in close coordination with the marketing and field sales departments

• Responsibility for selected key accounts as the central contact person in internal sales, including negotiation of terms and prices

• Processing enquiries and orders with suppliers

• Competent handling of customer complaints and ensuring a high level of satisfaction

• Representing colleagues

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training

• Several years of professional experience in technical internal sales

• Knowledge of the steel trade and/or industrial environment is essential

• Specific expertise in the areas of stainless steel and aluminium is an advantage

• Neat, friendly appearance as well as a convincing and competent manner

• Strong customer orientation, enjoyment of customer contact and high self-motivation

• Negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Very good MS Office skills as well as solid SAP experience

• Teamwork and flexibility in representing colleagues
