We are looking for our Romandy Infrastructure Branch in Lausanne (VD), a Project Manager Planning & Major Projects (BAMO+DGT) (m/f/d) 80-100%.
Your tasks
Manage important and complex project management assistance (AMO) mandates in SIA phases 41 to 53 (execution) within the framework of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
Ensure overall planning on large-scale transport infrastructure construction sites
Prepare, carry out and monitor tender procedures (mainly contractors), including drafting specifications
Ensure quality, cost, coordination and scheduling management of the works
Support the client in decision-making by being proactive and offering proposals
Manage mandates independently thanks to high-level interpersonal, organisational and technical skills - focused on client satisfaction and consideration of all stakeholders
Actively participate in the commercial development of CSD, notably by preparing competitive service offers
Your profile
Civil Engineering degree (ETH/FH) or equivalent qualification
2 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector (planning and management of major transport infrastructure projects)
Dynamic, motivated, pragmatic, able to identify problems and propose solutions
Good analytical and synthesis skills and excellent writing abilities
Good interpersonal skills, pedagogical sense and good adaptability in complex situations
Sense of collaborative work both in projects and within the functional team
Perfect command of the French language (minimum level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
