Our client, Suicorr AG based in Dietikon, is one of the leading specialists in the field of cathodic corrosion protection (CCP) for buried structures, reinforced concrete constructions, and urban waterworks. Their clients include private companies as well as municipalities and cantons throughout Switzerland. The dynamic, owner-managed SME with around 25 employees carries out projects across Switzerland and makes a significant contribution to the sustainable preservation of various infrastructures. In particular, the reinforced concrete construction sector is gaining increasing importance in view of ageing infrastructure and rising sustainability requirements.
With a view to a medium-term takeover of the department management, we are looking to strengthen the team with a proactive individual with technical expertise who will actively shape the reinforced concrete construction area and continuously take on additional responsibility.

Project Manager Concrete Repair / Deputy Head of Department 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:- Planning of cathodic corrosion protection systems in reinforced concrete construction
- Independent project management of pure CCP as well as general contractor assignments in Switzerland
- Technical advice to clients, planners and authorities in the field of concrete repair and CCP
- Participation in acquisition through network maintenance, specialist lectures, publications and representation at industry events
- Support and deputising for project managers within the department
- Technical leadership and coordination of the team (approx. 10 employees) as deputy to the head of department / managing director
- Degree in civil engineering BSc / MSc or further training as a master builder, alternatively a degree in materials science with construction practice
- Experience in managing concrete repair projects is clearly an advantage
- Technical interest or basic knowledge in electrical engineering and electrochemical processes
- Confident manner in dealings with clients, authorities and specialist planners as well as the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly
- Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of acquisition and long-term relationship building
- Analytical strength, conceptual thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
