With over 50 years of experience, it mainly operates in French-speaking Switzerland in the fields of thermal, refrigeration and acoustic insulation, as well as the insulation of technical installations and industrial networks. The company also provides passive fire protection solutions for industrial, tertiary and residential buildings. Present in Vaulruz, Delémont and Sion, ISSA SA puts its expertise at the service of projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency, safety and comfort of buildings. It is part of the ROTH Group, a recognised player in the insulation and fire protection technology sector.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects independently
• Control costs, deadlines and quality
• Supervise and coordinate assembly personnel
• Ensure workplace safety on construction sites
• Participate in the preparation of offers
• Ensure direct client follow-up and acquire new contracts

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a site manager, team leader or project manager, preferably in the field of technical insulation or building technology
• Additional commercial training is an asset
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, project management software, etc.)
• Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Communicative and reliable personality
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in team leadership
