As the central contact person for students, programme directors and lecturers, you accompany the entire administrative life cycle of the students – from enrolment to deregistration. You ensure the smooth running of student administration for the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes at the University of Applied Sciences for Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geomatics. This includes, among other things:- Processing incoming applications
- Organisation of module registrations, management of performance records and issuing of diplomas
- Issuing invoices
- Managing the exit process
- Recording and maintaining student data in the university administration system
Your profile:
You are a positive, team-oriented personality and appreciate daily interaction with students, programme directors, lecturers and colleagues. In addition, you work reliably and in a structured manner, always keeping an overview even in busy phases and completing your tasks efficiently, precisely and with a high level of service orientation. Additionally, you convince through:- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the higher education sector
- IT affinity, quickly and independently familiarising yourself with the university administration system Evento
- Confident communication in German
