Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Role:

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the areas of finance and controlling, including budgeting, liquidity planning, as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
You continuously develop reporting, key figures, and financial management instruments.
You lead the central HR processes including payroll, personnel planning, and personnel development.
You drive digitalisation as well as topics related to IT, data protection, and information security.
You coordinate collaboration with external partners and contribute to strategic projects as well as risk management and internal control systems.
Qualifications:
Tertiary education in business administration, finance, human resources, or a comparable field.
Several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable role.
Experience in HR as well as interest in digitalisation and IT topics.
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality.
Very good German language skills.
