Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive cross-functional process initiatives, proactively identifying operational needs and simplification opportunities while ensuring full regulatory compliance and clear stakeholder communication
• Lead and manage end-to-end projects to deliver sustainable, on-time solutions within budget, maintaining consistent reporting to all relevant stakeholders across Basel and international markets
• Optimize SAP-based sales execution and financial processes in close collaboration with commercial and finance functions, driving continuous automation and process improvements
• Oversee master data integrity across systems and interfaces, monitoring data accuracy and supporting colleagues in Export Operations to identify and resolve compliance gaps
• Document and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs, policies, guidelines) for compliance and financial controls, minimizing operational risk across assigned areas
• Collaborate with internal audit and external compliance teams to uphold internal policies and external regulatory standards (GMP, SOX, NFCM, M&O)

Your Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
• 10+ years of experience in a multinational business, commercial, IT, and/or finance environment, including matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in pharmaceutical export operations, with in-depth knowledge of commercial business in small and mid-size emerging markets
• Proficient in SAP (SD/MM required; FI/CO a plus), as well as tools such as PricePro, TPES, and MS Office; ability to rapidly adapt to new systems and business setups
• Proven project management skills with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to handle complex, multi-functional assignments under tight priorities
• Solid understanding of Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle, and Inventory Management
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages (e.g. French) is an advantage
• Recognized for high standards in ethics, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration
