Junior Growth Marketing & CRM Specialist (60–100%)

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Junior Growth Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams and gain practical experience across the entire acquisition funnel—from lead generation and marketing automation to CRM optimisation and growth initiatives. You will help generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and support the growth of our marketing operations.

Your responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Growth
• Support inbound and outbound lead-generation initiatives through lists, automation, email sequences, landing pages and form optimisation.
• Build and optimise lead capture and nurturing flows that convert website visitors and prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure efficient lead follow-up, tracking and reporting
• Identify, test and implement new growth opportunities using AI, automation and new marketing tools
CRM & Data Management
• Maintain, configure and optimise Zoho CRM, including contact/company records, sales pipelines and activity tracking.
• Build and manage automation rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Ensure CRM data quality, consistency and completeness.
• Manage data imports, exports and migrations while maintaining data integrity.
Email Marketing
• Plan, build and execute email campaigns to generate qualified leads and engage prospects.
• Create and optimise automated nurture sequences and optimise lead scoring.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve open rates, click rates and conversion performance
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation and compliance.
Your profile:
• Initial hands-on experience in CRM, digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing through a job, internship, traineeship or personal projects (B2B or B2C).
• Passionate about using technology, AI and automation to solve business challenges.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus but not required
• Fluent in French and/or German, with good working knowledge of English
