Operations Electrician / Certified Electrician in Building Management (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for electrical engineering as well as ensuring operational readiness, availability and safety of electrical systems in the managed buildings and sites
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on distribution boards, lighting systems, switching, control and regulation systems, safety and emergency power systems as well as building automation/BMS systems (depending on the property)
• Locating, analysing and rectifying faults in electrical systems and devices including proper documentation
• Performing recurring checks and measurements according to Swiss standards and regulations (e.g. NIN, NIV, SUVA guidelines)
• Participating in conversions, modernisations and optimisation projects in building technology (e.g. energy efficiency, LED conversion, load optimisation)
• Supporting other trades (HVAC, sanitary, building management technology), coordinating external service providers and suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Participation in on-call duty according to deployment planning

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified electrician
• Experience with technical systems, ideally in building management, industry or the service sector
• Good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations
  (e.g. NIN, NIV, ESTI requirements, SUVA guidelines)
• Confident handling of circuit and installation diagrams as well as measuring and testing devices
• Experience with systematic fault finding and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of building automation / MSR technology is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
