Employee Calculation Timber Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF83,000 - 87,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for calculation in timber construction and joinery. You will prepare calculations and quotations for various construction and interior finishing projects, assessing materials, effort, and costs. The position combines timber construction, calculation, and technical project management.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of calculations and quotations for timber construction and joinery projects
Analysis of plans, tenders, and specifications
Determination of material quantities, labour effort, and project costs
Obtaining and comparing supplier and contractor quotations
Support with post-calculations and cost optimisations
Technical clarifications with project management, production, and suppliers
Maintenance of calculation bases, master data, and quotation documents
Qualifications:
Completed training as a joiner EFZ or carpenter EFZ
Professional experience in calculation, work preparation, or project management in timber construction
Good knowledge of wood constructions, manufacturing processes, and material calculation
Experience with ERP, calculation, or construction administration software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
