MECHANIC - MOULD MAKER

You will be responsible for the assembly, adjustment, approval and maintenance of injection moulds, according to safety rules and production requirements.

Job Description

• Ensure the assembly of new moulds and maintenance of production moulds
• Assemble, adjust, fine-tune, and check all functions of our injection moulds or tooling
• Provide production with moulds meeting quality requirements
• Participate in tests and make necessary corrections
• Analyse mechanical malfunctions and propose appropriate corrective measures
• Ensure cleaning, maintenance and overhaul of moulds

Furthermore, we count on your experience to be a driving force for proposals for modifications and/or process improvements. We also expect you to take charge of occasional general micromechanics activities for other sectors.

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience
• Mastery of conventional machines and measuring devices
• Knowledge of injection or stamping would be a plus
• Mastery of CNC machines would be a plus
• Rigour, precision, analytical mind and solution-oriented
• Flexibility and availability
