About the job
Auditor 100%The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal court authority in the field of administrative law. The 2nd Division of the court adjudicates appeals in the areas of tax law and migration law.
To complement our team, we are looking for an auditor (100%) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, limited to one year (net year).
Your tasks
As an auditor, you will be assigned to a court clerk and work closely with all court clerks of the 2nd Division.
Your tasks include in particular:
• Clarification and processing of diverse legal issues
• Drafting decisions and order drafts under the guidance of a court clerk
• Support in case management
• Participation in meetings and hearings as well as minute-taking
Your profile
We are looking for a committed and meticulous individual with a degree in law (MLaw) from a Swiss university, a strong interest in public law (especially tax and migration law), and a desire to work in the judiciary, with excellent German skills and confident written expression, an independent, reliable and structured working style, as well as quick comprehension and good analytical skills.
