On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an assistant - receptionist (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
You will welcome each client with elegance, a smile and professionalism.
You will handle telephone reception and respond to various requests with courtesy and discretion.
You will manage appointment bookings, confirmations, changes and cancellations.
You will organise and optimise schedules to ensure a perfect flow of appointments.
You will inform and advise clients about our services and offerings.
You will accompany each client upon arrival and ensure their comfort.
You will anticipate the needs of our clients and offer personalised attention.
You will follow up on special requests with discretion and efficiency.
You will respond to emails and manage correspondence follow-up.
You will carry out payments with rigour and professionalism.
You will create and update client files.
You will ensure the reception area is always immaculate, elegant and welcoming.
You will perform various administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the establishment.
You will work closely with the entire team to guarantee smooth organisation.
You will actively participate in client loyalty through your sense of service and attention to detail.
Your profile:
You are cheerful, welcoming, dynamic and have a true sense of service.
You are organised, rigorous, punctual and attentive to details.
You demonstrate discretion, tact and professionalism in all circumstances.
You are comfortable with a demanding and high-end clientele and know how to adapt your communication to each interlocutor.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy contact with clients.
You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
You have a good knowledge of English, enabling you to welcome and inform an international clientele.
You are comfortable with IT tools and schedule management.
You appreciate teamwork while knowing how to show autonomy and initiative.
Experience in reception, hospitality or a high-end environment is an asset.
