IT Support Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are jointly responsible for user management within the team
You introduce new employees to their tasks with induction and training measures
You independently take on 1st-level support and on-call organisation
As a practical trainer, you supervise IT apprentices in their 2nd year, especially in platform development and system technology
You actively support various IT projects
You are responsible for managing clients and printers including lifecycle planning and staging
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
You have practical experience with Microsoft M365 applications such as Teams, Outlook and OneDrive for Business
You communicate confidently in German and English, at least at B2 level
