Store Manager 100% in the Zurich Area (m/f/d)
Your main tasks in this varied position include:
- Sales advice to customers on the entire product range of mobilezone:
Mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories and other additional services - Continuous information gathering about new trends and products on the market
- Implementation of sales-promoting measures in the store
- Achieving the specified budget sales as well as monitoring costs
- Optimising the appearance of the sales store
- Goods receipt controls, inventories, cash reconciliations etc.
- Management of the store's sales advisors
- Ensuring deployment and holiday planning
- Supervision of apprentices
For this versatile task, we are looking for an enthusiastic and strong-closing sales talent with a passion for mobile devices.
Are you a committed and professional service provider who always puts the customer at the centre as a representative of mobilezone? Thanks to your open and approachable manner, you manage to approach customers easily and always friendly. You are a helpful and flexible team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and motivating the team to achieve top performance.
A completed vocational training is a prerequisite for the job, preferably in retail. Preferably with initial leadership experience and/or in the role of store manager. A completed trainer qualification is an additional plus. Very good language skills in German, preferably also in English or Italian, as well as experience with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) complete your profile.
