Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or Health Care Specialist (FaGe) Rheumatology – Mon - Fri, 60 - 80 %
Your tasks – our position
Practical activities
- Performing blood draws and coordinating sample shipments
- Administering s.c. and i.m. injections (vaccinations, medications) as well as instructing patients on the correct self-administration of s.c. medications
- Supporting doctors during ultrasound examinations, joint injections and skin biopsies
- Reception and care of patients, telephone management and appointment scheduling
- Managing patient records, sending prescriptions, certificates and letters
- Supporting doctors in maintaining the digital patient record and reporting
- Organising consultations using the KISIM software
- Ordering and managing medical supplies and medications
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed training as MPA EFZ or FaGe EFZ
- Native German or French speaker with good oral skills in the other language
- Independent and structured working style, even in challenging situations
- Resilient, responsible and customer-oriented
- Friendly, team-oriented and flexible personality
- High service commitment and enjoyment of the profession
