Your tasks
- First point of contact for our customers regarding professional, technical and product-specific questions in the field of ventilation
- Proactive customer advice on product selection and application
- First-level support for product-specific designs
- Responsibility for the systematic recording and maintenance of project-related information and sales opportunities in the CRM system
- Support in market development through technical advice and argumentation
- Ensuring customer-oriented and timely complaint processing
We expect from you
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education in HVAC
- Several years of experience in internal sales/order processing in the HVAC sector or in a commercial/industrial environment
- Fluent German skills spoken and written as well as good spoken English skills
- High service orientation combined with strong customer/solution focus
- Strong personal responsibility and high resilience even in hectic times
