Team Leader Technical Procurement

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a team currently consisting of 3 employees
• Responsibility for the procurement of indirect spend (machines, capital goods, services, spare parts, operating materials)
• Control and implementation of investment projects in close cooperation with the technical and production departments
• Ensuring efficient and sustainable procurement processes
• Negotiation and conclusion of supplier contracts at national and international level
• Analysis of markets, technologies and cost structures to optimise the purchasing strategy
• Further development of processes as well as active shaping of the purchasing organisation

Your profile

• Technical or food technology basic training, supplemented by business management training in purchasing or a degree (e.g. mechanical engineering / food technology)
• Several years of solid experience in technical purchasing, ideally in the food or plant industry
• Experience in leading or participating in investment projects
• Initial leadership experience or proven leadership potential
• Very good German and business fluent English skills
• Analytical approach, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities are as close to you as your team orientation
