The Sgipa foundation's vision is to be a reference partner, proactive and attentive to individuals requiring personalised support in their specialised training, adapted employment, and life projects.
The Sgipa School is a specialised, private, and subsidised secondary II institution, welcoming nearly 150 pupils with learning difficulties and significant academic delay. The specialised teaching teams and psychologists support pupils in developing an individualised project tailored to their abilities and professional goals.
To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Substitute Teacher of Adapted Physical Education
Your mission
Through sports practice, your mission is to:
- ensure coherence between the activities offered and the educational project (for the School sector) and the socio-educational project (for the Workshops and Accommodation sectors);
- adapt pedagogical approaches to the target audience and group needs;
- demonstrate an open and respectful attitude towards the social, cultural, and individual dimensions of the foundation's beneficiaries;
- coordinate with the person being replaced (or group leader) and/or the person you will be working alongside.
Your profile
- Holder of a Diploma in Adapted Physical Education (Master APAS) or currently training in the field, or an equivalent qualification;
- Holder of a rescue certificate, Pool+, BLS-AED;
- Experience in managing physical education for groups of young people and adults;
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and communication skills;
- Creativity, autonomy, and good adaptability;
- Flexibility and good organisational skills;
- Knowledge of common office software tools.

Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The substitute is free to accept or decline the proposed replacement situations.
Contract type: occasional hourly contract (salary determined according to qualification level). Substitute staff under occasional contract are also insured with our pension fund from the first hours of replacement.
