Production Workshop Manager in Metalwork (m/f/d) – 100%

For one of our clients, a renowned industrial company based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Production Workshop Manager in Metalwork ready to take on new challenges.

Your daily tasks:

• Supervision & Organisation: You oversee the entire workshop activity, from task planning to the daily management of a team of skilled professionals.

• Technical & Quality Management: You ensure strict compliance with safety standards, the quality of finishes, and rigorous monitoring of manufacturing deadlines.

• Continuous Improvement: You optimise production flows and machine usage to maximise output while ensuring a safe working environment.

• Technical Interface: You act as the link between the technical office, project managers, and production, providing your technical expertise in metalwork / locksmithing.

• Proven Experience: You have solid hands-on experience in metalwork/metal construction, combined with successful production team management.

• Languages: English is mandatory for daily communication with partners and management. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

• Leadership Profile: Solution-oriented, you know how to motivate your team, manage stress during busy periods, and make decisions when necessary.

• Organisation: You are structured, process-oriented, and have an excellent overall vision of an industrial workshop.
