About the job
What is my role?
Our client requires an experienced electrician to undertake the following diverse tasks:
Independently carrying out installation and repair work
Responsible handling and processing of customer orders from A to Z
Professional customer contact on site as well as telephone advice and support
Ordering materials and coordinating the necessary components for the respective projects
Carrying out general installations on low and high voltage systems
Quick and competent troubleshooting at customer sites
Regular service work and maintenance on existing systems
Proper repairs of electrical systems, machines and devices
Documentation of completed work via a digital reporting system
Compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards
Collaboration with colleagues on larger projects
Support during the commissioning of new systems
What do I need to be successful?
To competently and independently perform these responsible tasks, you bring the following:
Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or electrician EFZ
Several years of professional experience in electrical installation, ideally in the service sector
Valid driving licence category B (mandatory for customer visits)
Sound knowledge in the installation and maintenance of low and high voltage systems
Experience in direct customer contact and independent order processing
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (native level)
Strong independence, reliability and flexibility in daily work
High customer orientation and professional, friendly manners
Structured and conscientious working style
Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
Resilience and solution-oriented thinking in troubleshooting
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, NIV and relevant standards
Advantageous: Experience with Loxone Smart Home systems
Advantageous: Further training in building automation or electrical planning
Advantageous: Experience in material ordering and project coordination
