- Offer / Quotation / Invoicing
- Internal order tracking and coordination of deliveries
- Preparation of export documents and customs follow-up
- Follow-up with clients and partners
- Administrative support to the sales force
Your profile:
- You have some initial experience in a similar role; Machine Tools sector is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of SAP ERP software
- You are proficient in various Microsoft Office applications
- You are an organised, independent worker with a customer-oriented approach
- You have good knowledge of French, English and German, both spoken and written (minimum B2 for each language)
- You are rigorous, customer-oriented and demonstrate professional conscientiousness
