Senior Business Consultant - Digital Workplace

Driving forward the digital transformation in exciting projects with a focus (but not exclusively) on the introduction of Microsoft technologies.

The opportunity to design the digital workplace of the future with a focus (but not exclusively) on Microsoft technologies.

Supporting your clients throughout the entire project process: from analysis, to developing innovative solution approaches, to their successful implementation.

Defining change strategies including active participation in implementation (e.g. organising, leading and conducting training sessions at our clients’ premises or remotely).

• Close collaboration with the teams responsible for the technical implementation of solutions.

• A well-stocked beer fridge.

We expect from you:

• A (technical) university degree, preferably in business informatics, computer science or business administration.
• Experience in advising clients on digital or organisational transformation projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as a strong passion for new technologies and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
• A consultant with heart and soul: you quickly recognise requirements, present pragmatic solution approaches and implement them efficiently.
• Strong, level-appropriate communication skills in excellent German and good English.
• A service-oriented attitude.
• A great passion for new technologies and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
• A workload of 80% to 100%, main workplace in Bern, Zurich or Basel, as well as flexible willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
