Role:
The company is a leading healthcare institution in Switzerland offering a wide range of medical services for the regional and supraregional population. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, high professional expertise, and a consistent focus on quality and patient orientation, it is one of the major employers in the Swiss healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct financial representation of cost accounting and are responsible for the timely preparation of operational financial statements.
You develop key figures and data bases for tariff and statistical reports and ensure their quality and completeness.
You continuously develop cost accounting models, profit centre and cost centre structures and conduct quality controls.
You support departments with sound business analyses and act as a sparring partner for financial issues.
You actively contribute to the automation, standardisation, and further development of controlling and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Advanced education in controlling, accounting, or business administration.
Several years of professional experience in cost accounting or financial controlling.
Proficient use of SAP CO and Excel.
Strong analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of business contexts.
Flawless German language skills.
