Role:
You support the structured further development of complex IT landscapes and derive viable architectural decisions from business requirements. You operate between business, technology, and security, helping to build a flexible and future-proof IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
You analyse existing system landscapes, business processes, and technical dependencies and derive improvement and modernisation potentials.
You develop target architectures for applications, platforms, integrations, and infrastructure together with experienced architects.
You create architectural variants and decision bases for new solutions and support departments with technical questions.
You contribute to cloud, integration, and transformation projects, taking into account security, data protection, compliance, and scalability.
You document architectures and relationships in a model-based manner and continuously develop architectural standards and principles.
You support architecture governance, reviews, and the adherence to technical guardrails across projects.
You work in agile teams and take responsibility for defined work packages, analyses, and architectural tasks.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of experience in solution, enterprise, or technical architecture.
Good knowledge of architecture methods and modelling, such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, or comparable approaches.
Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern application landscapes.
Experience with security by design, architecture governance, compliance, and technical standards.
Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
Analytical and conceptual strength, initiative, as well as very good communication skills in German and ideally English.
